摘要
为了解害虫取食胁迫对植物营养元素含量的影响,利用浓硫酸-过氧化氢消煮法,研究了旋心异跗莹叶甲Apophylia flavovirens(Fairmaire)不同密度取食胁迫后丹参Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge根及地上部N、P、K含量的变化情况。研究结果表明,当受到旋心异跗莹叶甲取食胁迫后,丹参植株主要营养元素N、P、K的含量均有一定变化,随着虫口密度的增加,三种营养元素的含量均成下降趋势:(1)当受到取食胁迫后,对照与虫口密度分别为10、20、30头/株处理后植株地上部N含量分别为2.8040%、2.5400%、1.7560%、1.4920%,根部N含量分别为1.440%、1.3100%、1.260%、1.2040%,其中10头/株、20头/株、30头/株处理与对照地上部N含量差异显著,根部N含量对照与30头/株处理差异显著。(2)当受到取食胁迫后,对照与虫口密度分别为10、20、30头/株处理后植株地上部P含量分别为0.2810%、0.2174%、0.1437%、0.1404%,根部P含量分别为0.1442%、0.1292%、0.096%、0.085%。其中地上部P含量对照、10头/株、20头/株和30头/株处理之间差异极显著;根部P含量10头/株处理与对照之间差异显著,20头/株和30头/株处理与10头/株和对照处理之间差异极显著。(3)当受到取食胁迫后,对照与虫口密度分别为10、20、30头/株处理后植株地上部K含量分别为2.718%、2.6280%、2.2980%、2.2640%,根部K含量分别为1.5900%、1.4400%、1.4800%、1.4420%。其中20头/株和30头/株处理与10头/株和对照之间地上部K含量差异极显著;20头/株和30头/株处理与对照之间根部K含量差异显著。
To understand the influence of the pest feeding stress on contents of plant nutrient elements, the content variation of N, P and K in both over ground part and root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge fed by Apoph- ylia flavovirens (Fairmaire) was studied with concentrated sulfuric acid -hydrogen peroxide heating diges- tion method. The results showed that the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium contents in both over ground part and root of Salvia showed a decline trend with the pest density increasing after being fed by A. flavovi- rens. 1 ) The N contents in over ground part of Salvia with the experiment treatment of blank ( CK), 10 a- dults per plant, 20 adults per plant and 30 adults per plant, were respectively 2. 8040 % , 2. 5400 % , 1. 7560 % and 1. 4920 % after being fed by A. flavovirens. And the nitrogen contents in root of Salvia were respectively 1. 440 % , 1. 3100 % , 1. 260 % and 1. 2040 %. There was a significant difference in the ni- trogen contents of over ground part of Salvia between blank and the treatments, including 10, 20 and 30 a-dults per plant. But there was only significant difference between the blank and the treatment of 30 adults per plant in root. 2) The phosphorus contents in over ground part of Salvia with the experiment treatment of blank (CK) , 10, 20 and 30 adults per plant, were respectively 2. 718 % , 2. 6280 % , 2. 2980 % and 2. 2640 % after being fed by A. flavovirens. And the phosphorus contents in root of Salvia were respectively O. 1442 % , 0. 1292 % , 0. 096 % and 0. 085 %. The content of phosphorus in the over ground part of Salvia was extremely significant different between blank and the treatments, including 10, 20 and 30 adults per plant. While in root there was only significant difference between the blank and the treatment of 10 a- dults per plant and was extremely significant between treatment 20 adults per plant and 30 adults per plant and between treatment 10 adults per plant and blank. 3 ) The potassium contents in over ground part of Sal- via with the experiment treatment of blank ( CK ) , 10, 20 and 30 adults per plant, were respectively 0. 2810% , 0. 2174 % , 0. 1437 % and 0. 1404 % after being fed by A. flavovirens. And the potassium contents in root of Salvia were respectively 1. 5900 % , 1. 4400 % , 1. 4800 % and 1. 4420 %. The con- tent of potassium in the over ground part of Salvia was extremely significant different between 20 adults per plant and 30 adults per plant and between 10 adults per plant and blank, and between blank and the treat- ments in root, including 20 and 30 adults per plant.
