摘要 针对Protos70型卷烟机跑条故障,提出了基于多传感器融合技术的故障自诊断方案。在故障自诊断的系统设计中,采用多传感器融合技术作为理论依据,结合故障特征提取技术、优化技术,使得系统运行稳定、可靠,实验结果表明:该系统具有工业应用推广价值。 The fault of rod break-out of the type of Protos 70 cigarette making machine (CMM) is difficult to diagnose. The fault diagnosis program is proposed based on multi-sensor fusion technology. In the fault diagnosis system design, multi-sensor fusion technology is used as theoretical basis. Combining with the fault feature extraction technology and optimization technology, makes the system stable and reliable. Experimental results show that it has industrial application value.
