摘要
由于理论认识的偏差和实践操作的局限,校本培训存在着轻视理论引领和指导的倾向。要使校本培训朝着正确的方向健康发展,必须重视其理论的引领和指导,强化专家指导、专著学习、实践反思、课题研究在理论引领中的重要作用。
Due to the deviation of theoretic understanding and the limitations of the practice operation,school-based training tends to neglect the guidance of certain theories.In order to promote the school-based training development in a proper way,theoretical guiding must be paid much attention to.Some strategies such as enhancing the guidance of experts,monographic study,practical retrospect and subject research should be employed for this aim.
