摘要
落实教育部16号文件精神,着实提高高职人才培养质量,应该针对高职学生中存在的"厌学忌练"现象,采取引领转化、善导力促,大胆实施因"才"施教举措;积极妥善构建学习"互助对子";教学运作机制妥善把握"避学生理论基础弱不善逻辑思维之短、扬学生直观感知形象认识之长"策略,实施以适宜学生为目标的有效改革举措。
In order to realize the Ministry of Education＇ s 16th document and improve the cultivation quality of vocational students, it is necessary to aim at the students＇ phenomenon of disgusting study and practice and reform the education ways effectively by means of changing the students ＇ attitude towards study, teaching according to the student＇s ability, forming sttldy partners, avoiding the complex logical thinking and theoretical basis, giving students visual perception.
