浅谈“双林绫绢”生产技艺及花色品种

TALKING ABOUT THE PRODUCTIVE TECHNIQUE AND DESIGNS OF SHUANGLIN SATIN

为完整地研究、整理“双林绫绢”生产技艺和品种发展,作者长期对其工艺实物、织造、练染、上矾生产技艺和品种发展进行实地调查,并反复查阅了《双林镇志》等史料,对其生产的历史进行探讨。调查研究表明:“双林绫绢”生产技艺精湛,品种发展齐全,在我国的绫绢、丝绸生产史上有其特殊地位。本文是一篇较完整的双林绫绢生产和品种发展史料,其中绫绢练染技艺,尤其批床工艺、绫绢品种发展的论述较新。

To research the development of the technique and designs of satin thoroughly, its objects, weaving, refining, dyeing, the teachnique of absorbing alum and the development of patterns were investigated. The Shuanglin Town Records was read repeatedly and the history of its production was studied. The investigation shows that the craftsmanship of Shuanglin satin is perfect and its patterns have developed fully. Shuanglin satin has come into its own in the production history of satin and silk in China.
