高职院校教学督导队伍建设若干问题探讨

教学质量是高职院校赖以生存的根本,教学督导肩负着促进提升教学质量的重任,该重任必须依赖教学督导员依据评价体系实施,所以说高职教学督导队伍是督导体系的核心,在整个督导活动中发挥着重要的作用。通过对督导队伍的人员组成、督导观念及人员素质培养等方面进行的探讨,提出高职院校队伍建设的"点线面"形式;督导过程要树立"以人为本"的督导观念,坚持"以导为主"的督导原则,尊重"教学自由"的教授精神;要对督导员实施有计划的培训制度和落实有考核的激励机制,以积累督导力量,保持队伍的"战斗力"和"活力"。
