专业工作室的研究与实践

Research and Practice of Professional Technology Studio

专业工作室模式是高等职业教育的一种新模式,专业工作室主要通过引入对口合作企业和项目,在校内按照企业管理制度开展生产性实训,由专任教师和企业工程师带领学生完成项目任务,从而为学生从事项目设计开发工作搭建平台,显著提高了学生的工作能力。针对校企合作瓶颈——学校与企业运行机制的不一致,本文提出了专业工作室具体实施方案,从而促进校企深入合作,实现"合作办学、合作育人、合作就业、合作发展"的目标。

Professional studio is a new model of higher vocational education. In this model, counterpart enterprises and projects are introduced and productive training is carried out in school in accordance with enterprise management system. Full-time teachers and engineers from enterprises will lead the students to complete the project tasks. In this way, a platform will be set up for students engaged in project design and development and the students＇ work ability will he improved significantly. For the hottleneek of school-enterprise cooperation---the inconsistency between the operational mechanism of schools and that of enterprises, this article puts forward a detailed implementation plan of professional technology studio to promote further school-enterprise cooperation and achieve the objective of ＂cooperation in running schools, cooperation in teaching, cooperation in employment and co-development＂ .
