摘要 本文通过单缝法撕裂实验,利用带有A/D转换器的PC机、摄像机以及测音仪,对不同纤维原料、密度的平纹织物在不同撕裂速度条件下的撕破强力与现象进行了观测分析.结果表明:在撕裂过程中,构成撕裂受力三角形的纱线破坏状态可用试样纱线断裂根数除以撕裂曲线波峰数的结果表示;长丝织物在低纬密、低速度撕裂时的断裂负荷和滑移负荷可用撕裂音的测定予以区别;纬密较小的长丝和短纤纱织物在低速与高速撕裂时各自的撕破强力具有相逆的现象. In this paper, the tearing phenomena and those strengths of the fabrics, of different fibers and with various pick count were observed. The experiments were implemented by means of single tongue method and aided by personal computer and noise-meter. The results show that in the tearing process, the thread states being broken by the dalta force can be described by the quotient, i.e., the number of broken yarns divided by the number of the load peaks. The tearing strengths and slipping loads of low pick count filament fibers at low tearing velocity can be measured and distinguished by measuring of the broken sound during the test. The increasing rate of tearing strength with respect to the decrease of pick count for fabrics made of filaments is greater at low tearing velocities in comparison with that at high tearing velocities. The trend is opposite to that made of staple fibers.
