摘要
中密度纤维板板坯表面增湿处理旨在缩短热压周期、减少预固化层厚度、提高产品质量。初步研究结果表明 ,在相同热压工艺条件下 ,单面增湿量在 6 0~ 1 0 0 g/ m2时 ,预固化层厚度降低约 30 % ,板材物理力学性能显著提高 ,其中静曲强度增加约 30 % ,弹性模量增加约 2 5 % ,内结合强度增加约 1 0 %。在结果分析的基础上 ,指出存在的问题并提出建议。
Humidifying treatment of medium density fiberboard (MDF) mat is for the purpose of shortening hot pressing cycle, reducing thickness of pre cured layer and raising quality of MDF. Results showed that the properties of MDF could be improved greatly by humidifying treatment of its mat, the thickness of pre cured layer was reduced about 30% and MOR, MOE, IB were increased about 30%, 25%, 10% respectively. Based on the results, some problems of MDF manu facture were put out and related suggestions were given.
