摘要 广西电网依托技术创新,以信息化技术为支撑,构建了支持状态检修的“4+1”平台。通过整合生产MIS等4大数据系统中状态评价和风险评估所需要的数据,在一体化数据平台上自动获取设备状态量数据,实现了设备状态和风险的自动评价及辅助决策。利用“4+1”平台,广西电网在状态检修实践中积累了成功经验,取得了良好效果。本文介绍了广西电网“4+1”平台的总体概况及其在广西电网的应用情况。 Guangxi power grid focuses on technological innovation and constructs a "4+1" condition-based maintenance platform by information technology. The platform integrates all the data that are needed by condition-based maintenance and risk assessment into a unified data center, where these data are from the four existing data systems (the production MIS, etc.). The platform can acquire the state data of equipments automatically, and it can implement automatic evaluation and assistant decision on equipments' states and risks. By using the platform, Gnangxi power grid accumulates successful experience in condition-based maintenance practices and achieves a satisfying result. This paper introduces the general condition of the platform, and then introduces its application situation in Guangxi power grid.
