多维安全域下南方电网的方式计算探讨

摘要 作为电网安全经济运行的基石之一的电网方式计算是电力调度部门的一项核心业务。分析了南方电网采用的传统极限计算模式用于方式安全校核时所带来的固有的“不精细”、“不灵活”的问题,基于安全域观点,指出问题的根源在于安全域从多维空间投影到一维极限所致的巨大信息损失,论证了解决问题的根本途径是在多维安全域下实施方式安全校核。结合南方电网数据演示了安全域的实例,探讨了安全域的思想与方法在南方电网的应用前景。 Operation planning, as one of the basics for power grid operation in security, is a core task of the grid control center. Analyzing the traditional security assessment method adopted for the operation planning of China Southern Power (CSG), this paper points out that there are inherent drawbacks in the method such as inflexibility and impreciseness, and in the viewpoint of security region, these drawbacks are due to that the projection of the security region from multi-dimension into one-dimension leads to a great loss of information. It is proposed that to adopt security region in muli-dimension spaces for operation planning is the final solution for CSG. Demonstrating security region with the data of CSG, the paper discusses the potential applications of security region in CSG.
