摘要 磁性润滑脂密封在运转过程中的温升对其使用寿命影响较大。针对这一问题,设计一种多级磁性润滑脂密封实验装置,通过实验研究密封介质压力、磁性润滑脂注入量、密封间隙及转速对磁性润滑脂密封温升的影响,分析不同转速下密封的功率损耗。结果表明:磁性润滑脂的径向截面形状以及剪切速率是温升的主要影响因素;在保证密封承压能力的前提下,适当减少磁性润滑脂注入量,增大密封间隙,可以减少磁性润滑脂的发热量;磁性润滑脂密封的功率损耗随转速升高而增大,且比理论计算结果大,因此在密封系统设计时应予以充分考虑。 The temperature of magnetic grease seal during its operation has a great ettect on its servme hie ano stablility. To solve this problem, a multi-stage magnetic grease seal device was designed to research the effect of the pressure of sealing medium, the injection volume of magnetic grease, sealing gap and rotating speed on the temperature of the seal, and the power loss under different speed. The experimental results show that the radial cross shape of the magnetic grease and shear rate are the main factors of the seal' s temperature. Under the premise of ensuring the sealing pressure capability,the heat of the magnetic grease can be reduced by reducing the injection quality of magnetic grease or increasing the sealing gap appropriately. The power loss increases with the increase of rotating speed, and it is larger than the theoretical value. Therefore it should be fully considered in the design of the sealing system.
