摘要
连续式混凝土搅拌机工作时混凝土可能渗入到轴端密封装置,加剧密封端面的摩擦,加速密封的失效。对连续式混凝土搅拌机浮动密封环和转毂进行力学分析,对浮动密封环受O型圈的接触压力和密封介质的平均压力进行优化设计,计算出其最优值,保证浮动密封环端面的接触压力保持在最佳区间。
