用模态实验法分析空心转子的动态特性 被引量:2

摘要 本文采用模态实验方法,对KD9124和KD9326型空心锭子的第一阶、第二阶固有频率、阻尼与振型,和Allma-2型空心锭子的第一阶固有频率、阻尼与振型进行了测定,测定结果表明,KD9124和KD9326空心锭的第一阶固有频率位于工作区,会对空心绽的工作产生不利影响,而Allma-2型锭子的第一阶固有频率高于工作区,所以该种锭子结构设计较为合理. This paper determines the modal frequency and damping, and mode shapes of the Allma 2 hollow spindle for the first mode, and the KD 9124 and KD 9326 hollow spindles for the first and the second modes based on the modal testing technique. It is found that the first critical speed of Allma 2 hollow spindle is higher than the working range and will not cause resonance problem. The first critical speeds of KD 9124 and KD 9326 hollow spindles are in the spindle working range and have to be moved out of the range to eliminate the possible resonance problem by modifying their structures.
