摘要
旅游饭店及餐饮企业普遍招工困难,企业长期缺员,迫使企业改变用工策略,对旅游高职院校学生就业实习产生不利影响。而当今旅游高职院校并没有因此改变教学内容与方式,因此迫切需要进行系统的教学改革。
The on-going labor shortage in catering businesses has caused them to change recruitment strategies,which in turn has exerted a negative impact on the employment prospects of students in vocational tourism colleges.It's urgent to carry out systematic teaching reforms in schools where the contents and methods of teaching have not changed accordingly.
