摘要
以二-(β氯乙基)-β-氯乙基膦酸酯为原料,甲苯为溶剂,碳酸钠/醋酸为脱氯化氢试剂合成了阻燃剂二-(β-氯乙基)乙烯基膦酸酯.研究工作中阐明了碳酸钠/醋酸在反应中的作用,以及溶剂、配比、温度和反应时间等因素对产率的影响.用气相色谱法测定了原料及产物的含量,并用元素分析、红外光谱及核磁共振光谱等方法确证了产物的化学结构.
The flame retardant Bis-(β-chloroethyl)vinyl phosphonate was prepared with much better yield from chloroethyl bis-(β-chloroethyl)phosphonate by carrying out the reaction at 100~106℃ in the presence of Na_2CO_3/HAC, as dehydrohalogenation agent. The conditions of elimination reaction such as base, solvent, ratio of reactants, temperature and time which effect the yield were investigated and the optimal conditions were determined. The structure of the product was identified by element analysis and spectrometric analysis.
