聚醚硅油用作浆纱平滑剂的研究

Research of Using Polyether Silicon Oil as Sizing Smooth Agent

探讨聚醚硅油作为浆纱助剂的应用效果。测试了加入不同量聚醚硅油的磷酸酯淀粉和PVA混合浆浆膜的性能,并对T/C 80/20 13 tex混纺纱线、C 13 tex纱线进行了上浆试验,对比了不同配方下浆出纱线的回潮率、退浆率、耐磨性、强力、毛羽和减伸率。试验结果表明:在原浆料配方基础上加入3%的聚醚硅油用于T/C 80/20 13 tex纱上浆和在原浆料配方基础上加入4%的聚醚硅油用于C 13 tex纱上浆,浆纱性能可得到较大程度改善。指出:在原有配方中加入适量的聚醚硅油可有效改善浆纱性能;聚醚硅油加入量应根据不同纱线上浆要求进行调整。

Effect of applying polyether silicon oil as sizing smooth agent was discussed. Size film properties of phosphate starch and PVA blended sizing with different polyether silicon oil dosage were tested. T/C 80/20 13 tex blen- ded yarn and C 13 tex yarn were sized and tested. Sized yarn regain, desizing rate, wear resistance, strength, hairiness and elongation decrease rate were contrasted when adopting different size instructions. The test result shows that sized yarn properties can be improved greatly when adding 3% polyether silicon oil to size T/C 80/20 13 tex blended yarn or adding 4% polyether silicon oil to size C 13 tex yarn on the basis of original size instruction. It is pointed out that sized yarn property can be improved effectively by adding properly polyether silicon oil. Dosage of polyether silicon oil should be adjusted according to yarn sizing demands.
