摘要
总结整经和浆纱过程中减少浆纱毛羽的技术措施。论述了整经工序中纱线毛羽增长的主要原因,并介绍了整经速度及整经导纱距离的调整方法;分析了浆纱工序中浆纱设备状态、浆纱速度、压浆力、浆液含固量与黏度及湿分绞棒的应用对浆纱毛羽的影响,介绍了供浆系统和烘房内浆纱路线的改造。指出:在生产过程中要关注技术改造和设备的维护管理,才能不断适应品种发展的需要。
Technology measures of reducing sizing hairiness in warping and sizing process were summarized. Main reasons of increasing yarn hairiness increase in warping were discussed, Adjustment methods of warping speed and war- ping guiding distance were introduced. Effect of sizing yarn were analyzed including size machine status, sizing speed, squeezing pressure, solid content in sizing, viscosity and wet dividing rod. Modifications of sizing supply system and sizing line in dryer were introduced. It is pointed out that technology modifications and equipment maintenance management in production should be done well to be suit for product development demands.
