CAD/CAM在包装中的应用

本文叙述了纸盒模切板CAD/CAM系统的设计过程 ,着重说明了其机械部分的开发。包括工作台的设计、主要传递元件滑轨滚珠丝杠的选取和校核 ,以及通过对负载的分析选取了较为适当的步进电机。同时也叙述了一些必要的装配零件和支撑零件的设计。由于系统要求精度较高 ,设计了灰尘防护罩 。

This paper described in particular the parts of machinery of laser cut-off machine.That is to say,the CAD/CAM system of carton moulder.It contains the design of table and the choice of the main transfer component like slider,guide and ball screw.It is also accounted the design of some necessary components,such as the bases of X and Y guidance axis.On account of the system acquiring high accuracy,we designed protective coating in order to prevent dust into the machine.So we can make the machine running in the closed condition.
