摘要 水晶甜石榴是从山东枣庄三白甜石榴栽培群体中选出的优异芽变新品种。果皮及籽粒均为白色。平均单果质量409.2 g,最大单果质量575.0 g,平均百粒质量36.40 g,可食率(出汁率)为61%,可溶性固形物含量为15.1%,可溶性总糖12.16%,维生素C含量98.2 mg·kg-1,可滴定酸0.29%。早熟,风味甜,丰产,稳产,抗旱,耐瘠薄,性状稳定。 Shuijingtian, a new selected pomegranate cultivar from Sanbaitian cultivation population in Zaozhuang. The peri- carp color and arils are white. Its average fruit weight is 409.2 g, the biggest fruit can amount to 575.0 g. 100-aril weight is 36.40 g, eatable rate is 61%, total soluble solid content is 15.1%, soluble sugar is 12.16%, Vitamin C is 98.2 mg.g-1, and acidity is 0.29%. The fruit matures in early September. Its yield is heavy and stable. The new cultivar has strong drought and barren resistance and stable characteristics.
