摘要
本文对茶叶提取工艺进行了研究 ,茶多酚提取率达 80 %以上 ;探讨了茶叶提取物对各种菌的抑制效果 ,其中茶多酚对大肠杆菌 ,金黄色葡萄球菌、枯草杆菌三种致病菌有明显的抑制作用 ,而对酵母菌、霉菌无明显抑制作用。
The extraction processes of tea is studied.The rate of tea polyphenol was 80% and higher.The bacteria resistance effects of tea polyphenol are also studied:it has evident resistance effect to colon bacillus,staphy lococcus accreus and bacillus subtilis,but has no resistance effect to yeasts and moulds.
