摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈等研究方法,在界定民航飞行"浅疲劳"体征的基础上,对民航飞行"浅疲劳"进行体育干预实验。结果显示:体育干预方法对提高民航飞行员耐疲劳阈值、延缓疲劳、改善心理状况有显著效果。建议:飞行"浅疲劳"干预方法的研究,应在心理干预、营养干预等不同领域进一步拓宽。
Using the methods of literature review, questionnaire, interviews, this paper studies the feasibility of sports intervention in physical signs of “mild flying fatigue” during civil aviation, on the basis of its features analysis. The results shows that sport intervention method have a good effect on the improvement of fatigue resistance for aviation pilots, and of psychological state. The paper also proposes that further study should be done for sports intervention method to cure “mild flying fatigue” from the perspective of psychological intervention and nutrition intervention.
