液控振动挖掘机挖掘力的控制方法及专用伺服阀 被引量:1

摘要 液压挖掘机在硬地面、矿山碎石地面、山石地震地面等复杂地面施工中出现的低效率、高耗能问题,研究开发一种液控振动挖掘机挖掘力的控制方法及专用伺服阀。该方法以振动冲击学为理论基础,利用专用伺服阀建立液压伺服系统并实现液压挖掘机的振动挖掘方式,将传统的静态挖掘力变革为动态瞬间大的冲击挖掘力。该方法不仅实现了一种核心技术上具有自主知识产权的高效节能液控振动挖掘机,而且提高了液压挖掘机的挖掘工效并降低了能耗。
