摘要
本文介绍了一种新研制的三坐标经济型数控系统.它具有较强的功能,如采用标准数控语言输入、任意二轴联动第三轴单独进给、刀具半径和反向间隙自动补偿、圆弧插补自动过象限、进给速度无级调节等.文中着重阐述了在软硬件设计中力求运行可靠、使用方便、降低成本、降低能耗的措施.本系统已稳定运行于工厂生产现场.
In this paper, a newly developed economical 3-coordinate microcomputer NC system was introduced. It is possessed of many functions and characteristics, such as input with standard NC language, the combined operation of two coordinates with the third coordinate being able to feed automatically, the autocompensations of the cutter radius and the reverse clearance, the autotransformation of quadrant during circular interpolation, and the stepless variety of the feed speed etc. Some effective measures with regard to the operating reliability in the software and hardware designs, being easy to operate, reducing of power consumption and production costs were described in detail. The system developed has been used in practice and operating steadily in factories.
