摘要
风险管理是各个工程项目必须的环节之一。本文首先对现有的风险管理体系进行介绍和分析,进而完成适用于大飞机项目的风险管理规划中三大核心要素——甘特图、概率影响矩阵和角色权限控制的设计,最后完成了大飞机项目风险管理规划决策系统的实现,为项目风险识别和分析提供了良好的数据接口。
Risk management is an essential part of each project. In this paper, the existing risk management systems are intro- duced and analyzed, and then the three core elements-gantt chart, probability-impact matrix and role access control-of risk man- agement plan for large aircraft project are designed. Finally the large aircraft project risk management planning decision-making system is successfully developed, providing good interfaces for risk management identification and analysis.
