摘要
该文利用缺陷接地结构(Defected ground structure,DGS)设计了一种结构更为紧凑的高功分比威尔金森功分器。将DGS应用于普通微带线中,进一步增宽高阻抗线的线宽和进一步提高λ/4传输线长度的缩短率,使得加工更易实现,电路更为小型化;借助于Ansoft HFSS软件设计并加工的一只2.4 GHz的1∶4微带不等分威尔金森功分器,在12.5%的相对带宽内可实现1∶4的功分比,隔离度小于-26 dB,各端口VSWR小于1.25。仿真结果与测试数据的一致性进一步验证了DGS在不等分功分器中应用的有效性和可行性。
A more compact Wilkinson power divider with the defected ground structure(DGS),which provides high power dividing ratio,is proposed.The DGS applied to the ordinary microstrip line can obtain a wider line width with the same characteristic impedance and a shorter length of λ/4 transmission line.All those make the process easier and the circuit more compact.A 1∶4 microstrip unequal Wilkinson power divider is designed and processed at 2.4 GHz with Ansoft HFSS software.It has 12.5% relative bandwidth with 1∶4 power dividing ratio,less than-26 dB isolation and less than 1.25 VSWR of each port.The good agreement between the test data and the simulation results demonstrates the validity and feasibility of the application of DGS in the unequal power divider.
