Static Calibration of Geomagnetic Sensors for Attitude Measurement

摘要 为了消除三轴地磁传感器误差对基于地磁场的弹体姿态角检测系统的影响,采用地磁传感器的静态校正技术进行误差补偿。从灵敏度误差、偏移误差和非正交误差三个方面,建立了地磁传感器的误差校正模型,探讨了模型中9个误差系数的计算方法,并且构建了地磁传感器的误差校正系统。在没有环境因素对地磁场产生干扰的情况下,计算了地磁传感器误差校正模型中的9个误差系数,比较和分析了其对弹体姿态角检测系统的校正效果。实验结果表明,校正后弹体姿态角检测系统的精度提高了近一倍,误差校正模型有效地减小了地磁传感器的误差。 To eliminate the influence of the attitude angle measurement system of shells based on geomagnetic field resulting from the errors of 3-axis geomagnetic sensors,the static calibration technology is used to correct the errors.In terms of the sensitivity errors,bias errors and non-orthogonal errors of geomagnetic sensors,a calibration model is established.Methods for calculating the nine error coefficients of the model are deduced and a system is established to realize the static calibration of 3-axis geomagnetic sensors.Without the surrounding disturbance,the nine coefficients are obtained firstly,and then the calibration effect on the measurement system is evaluated by comparison.The experimental results indicate that the accuracy of the attitude angles measurement system increases one time after calibration and the calibration model can greatly decrease the errors of geomagnetic sensors.
