疏肝散结方对自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠组织形态的及免疫指标的影响

Effects of "Shugan Sanjie Fang" on the organizational form and the immune indices in the treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis mouse

目的探讨疏肝散结方中药对自身免疫性甲状腺炎小鼠甲状腺组织形态、血清甲状腺球蛋白抗体(TGAb)、甲状腺微粒体抗体(TMAb)的影响。方法运用人甲状腺球蛋白与完全弗氏佐剂混合免疫注射法复制小鼠实验性自身免疫性甲状腺炎(EAT)动物模型,分别给予中药、西药、空白对照,疗程2个月,HE染色观察小鼠甲状腺组织病理改变、酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定TGAb、TMAb、IL-10与IL-12。结果中药治疗组较空白对照组,可减轻少甲状腺组织破坏,抑制甲状腺抗体水平。结论疏肝散结方可调节EAT小鼠甲状腺免疫状态,减少甲状腺破坏,改善自身免疫性甲状腺炎预后。

Objective To discuss the effects of ＂Shugan Sanjie Fang＂on the organizational form,TGAb,TMAb of experimental autoimmune thyroiditis,EAT mouse.Methods Using human thyroglobulin and complete Freundadjuvant Hybrid immune injection method,copy EAT mouse animal model,and treated them with Traditional Chinese Medicine or western medicine or blank control.The course of treatment lasted two month.HE staining to observation the pathological change of mouse＇s thyroid tissue,ELISA to determination TGAb,TMAb,IL-10 and IL-12.Result Comparison Traditional Chinese Medicine with blank control,it is sure to reduction Thyroid tissue be destroyed,inhibition Thyroid antibodies.Conclusion Traditional Chinese Medicine can regulation the immune state of EAT mouse,reduction Thyroid tissue be destroyed,to make prognosis batter of Chronicautoimmunethyroiditis.
