摘要
目的建立心脑通口服液的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对石菖蒲、泽泻、鸡血藤、延胡索进行定性鉴别;以乙腈-水(35∶65)为流动相,以283 nm为检测波长。结果黄芪苷的量在2.68~13.40μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9996),回归方程为A=1.6579C+4.7705。精密度试验RSD为1.27%,该方法平均回收率为96.31%,RSD=1.08%。结论该方法对心脑通口服液质量可控。
Objective To develop a method of quality control of xinnaotong oral liquid.Methods Acorus gramineus,alisma orientalis,canlis spatholobi,and corydalis tuber were identified by TLC.The content of Baicalin was detected by HPLC(UV scan at wavelength 283nm,CH3CN∶ H2O(35∶ 65)as mobile phase).Results Baicalin curvers were linear between 2.68 and 13.40 μg(r= 0.9996).The mean recovery was 96.31%,and the RSD was 1.08%.Conclusion The method is sensitive and simpler.
