摘要
本文以220kV线路酒杯塔为研究对象,以有限元分析为研究手段,建立了等截面型钢模型、桁梁混合模型和刚架模型,并在不同工况下对这3种模型进行静力分析,得到3种模型在不同工况下的分析数据,并与真型塔的实验数据进行比较分析,发现在3种模型中,桁梁混合模型的实验数据与真型塔的数据相比误差最小,最接近真型塔.得到最优模型后,对模型进行了模态分析,以验证塔的整体强度/刚度能够满足规范和工程要求,达到线路安全可靠运行的目的.
Taking 220 kV cup type tower for research object,by using finite element analysis for the research method,the constant section steel model,truss-beam mixture model and steel-frame model are established.And then taking these three kinds of models for static analysis in different conditions,the analytical data of the three models in different conditions are obtained,and taking which for comparative analysis with the true type tower experimental data.As a result,among the three models,the truss-beam mixture model of the experimental data is closest to the true type tower experimental data.After obtaining the optimal model,which is taken for modal analysis.It is shown that the strength and stiffness of tower can satisfy the standard and engineering requirement,so as to achieve the purpose of safety and reliability in line operation.
