小花棘豆(Oxytropis glabra)内生真菌固体培养条件优化研究 被引量:3

摘要 从采自内蒙古鄂尔多斯市的小花棘豆中分离得到内生真菌,研究菌株OW 5.3的优化固体培养条件.在不同碳源、初始pH条件下,检测内生真菌的生长速度,并利用气相色谱技术测定内生真菌菌丝体中苦马豆素的含量.结果显示:菌株OW5.3最适起始pH为7.0;以葡萄糖为碳源时生长速度较快;以燕麦片为碳源时,菌丝体的苦马豆素含量最高. Fungal endophytes isolated from Oxytropis glabra of Ordos,Inner Mongolia were cultured and optimizing culture conditions of the strain OW 5.3 in solid medium were studied.Detecting the growth speeds and determining the swainsonine producing levels of the fungal endophytes by gas chromatography at different culture conditions,such as different carbon sources and different initial pH values showed the following results:when the initial pH value was at 7.0,the growth speed was the fastest and the content of swainsonine in hyphae was the highest;The growth speed was faster when the carbon source was glucose;The level of swainsonine in hyphae was highest when the medium was oatmeal.
