摘要
目的:设计一种大扩展比手术方舱液压系统。方法:通过介绍大扩展比手术方舱液压系统的工作原理以及设计思想,详细分析计算了液压系统的各个技术参数,并对受压油缸的压杆稳定性进行了分析验算。结果:实现了大扩展比手术方舱液压扩展结构。结论:大扩展比手术方舱液压系统在通用扩展式方舱或车厢具有广泛的推广应用价值。
Objective To design a hydraulic system for surgery shelter with large expansion ratio. Methods The various technical parameters of the hydraulic system were analyzed and calculated in detail by the analysis of working principle and design idea of the hydraulic system for surgery shelter with large expansion ratio, and strut stability of the cylinder was checked, The hydraulic system for surgery shelter with large expansion ratio was designed. Conclusion The system designed possesses a large application value for the general expansion shelter and cabins.
