摘要 简要介绍了临床成熟和新兴的麻醉深度监测设备包括脑电双频指数仪、麻醉/意识深度监测仪、听觉诱发电位监护仪、熵指数监测仪的原理,总结了它们的临床使用情况,分析对比了各自的优缺点,并提出了麻醉深度监测设备的发展方向。 The principles of several developed and new anesthesia depth monitors are introduced briefly, including bispectral index monitors, Narcotrend, auditory evoked potential monitors and entropy monitors. Then, the clinical practice is concluded first. Their merit and demerit are analyzed and compared with each other subsequently. Finally, the development direction of anesthesia depth monitoring equipment are proposed.
