摘要
分析研究了湖北省PET-CT的配置现状及某院PET-CT的运营情况,应用本量利分析方法,分析了PET-CT的经济效益情况,得出了某院PET-CT利用率偏低、经济效益难以显著提高及国内PET-CT配置效率较低的结论,并从合理配置设备、实施合理诊疗、提高临床医生对PET-CT的认知、控制设备有效使用周期内成本、强化技术人员指导等方面提出了提高PET-CT配置及使用效率的解决措施。
The present configuration situation of Hubei province＇s PET-CT and the management situation of our hospital＇s PET-CT are analyzed. Through ＂cost-volume-profit＂ analysis method, the economic situation of PET-CT in our hospital is analyzed, and a conclusion is drawn that utilization efficiency of our hospital＇s PET-CT and the configuration efficiency of our country＇s PET-CT is low, and it is difficult to improve the efficiency. The methods are put forward to improve the utilization efficiency of PET-CT through reasonably configuring, reasonable medical treatment, improving the cognition of the doctors to PET-CT, regulating publicity and medical serviee＇s measure, controlling the cost in period of use, strengthening guidance and improving capability of patient＇s payment.
