摘要
介绍了新型立体定位放射外科治疗设备———射波刀的发展情况,详细阐述了射波刀的机械臂、定位系统、呼吸追踪系统、脊柱定位系统和治疗床等5个组成部分的功能及操作方法,分析了射波刀治疗肿瘤相比常规手术治疗肿瘤和普通放疗治疗肿瘤的优势,并针对脑部、胸部和脊柱等部位肿瘤治疗介绍了射波刀在临床上的应用。
The development of eyberknife, a new stereotaxic radiosurgery instrument, is introduced firstly in this paper. Then each function and operation method for the 5 parts of cyberknife, including manipulator, positioning system, respiratory tracking system, spinal positioning system and treatment beds, are described in details. The technology advantages of cyberknife are analyzed in contrast with normal operation and common radiotherapy. Finally, clinical application of cyberknife in brain, breast and spine is elaborated.
