三辊斜轧过程数值模拟与实验对比分析

The Numerical Simulation and Experimental Analysis on 3-rolls Skew Rolling Process

使用三辊斜轧空减径设备对管坯进行加工,研究了整个轧制过程中金属的变形与轧机负荷。借助于非线性有限元软件sfFormingGP对斜轧过程进行模拟分析,对比分析了轧制过程中金属变形、受力等参数的合理性。

The tube billet is processed by 3-roll skew rolling empty reducing diameter mill. Metal forming and loads on the mill in the rolling process are studied. The skew rolling process is simulation by the nonlinear FE software sfFormingGP. The rationaliey of parameters about metal forming and loads and so on is analyzed.
