Deep Drawing Forming Technique for Thin-wall Hemispherical Workpieces

通过对封头工艺进行分析,提出了采用具有拉深筋的凹模,一次拉深工艺,介绍了模具结构及工作过程,并对生产中出现的问题提出了改进措施,从而保证了封头零件的顺利成形,为同类型零件的拉深提供了借鉴。

By analysis of the steel tube head technology, a deep drawing technique by female die with draw bead is proposed. The die structure and the working process are described. The improvement measures to the problems in the production are put forward, which guarantee the successful forming of the steel tube head. It provides the reference for the deep drawing of the parts of the same kind.
