摘要
随着高校毕业生就业竞争力度持续增大,就业压力与之俱增,人力资本之外的社会资本对就业的影响日益突出。针对这一现状,结合社会资本理论的内涵,论述将大学生就业问题放在社会资本理论框架下进行研究的合理性,提出了规避社会资本消极影响的措施:高校发挥资源优势,积累社会资本;家庭发挥能动性,提升社会资本维度;大学生依靠自身努力拓展社会资本、转变社会风气,减少社会资本消极作用;学校将就业社会资本与学生素质挂钩;家庭将拓展社会资本与学生教育结合起来;学生转变观念,不把社会资本作为就业的"救命稻草"等。
Employment competition among college graduates is becoming increasingly furious, so is employment pressure on them. Besides human capital, social capital is now playing an increasingly important influence on employment. Based on social capital theory, this paper explains the feasibility of studying employment problems of col- lege graduates from the perspective of their social capital theory and puts forward a series of measures to avoid the negative influences of social capital. The authors points out that employment problems can be better solved if colle- ges and universities make better use of their resources in social capital accumulation, if families take initiative to upgrade the dimension of social capital, and if college graduates expand their social capital and raise the standards of social conduct by their own efforts to minimize the negative influences of social capital. At the same time, universities should also make attempts to further improve student quality, and families should pay closer attention to student cultivation. College graduates themselves should never reaard social canital as the only hope for employment, either.
