摘要
贵州某夕卡岩型钨矿石,含钨0.38%,钼0.072%。为综合回收钨和钼,试验利用辉钼矿的浮选性明显优于其他硫化矿物的特点,采用了矿石碎磨后优先浮选钼,再混合浮选硫化矿,从硫化矿尾矿中再浮选白钨矿的原则流程。闭路试验获得了钨精矿含WO3 60.36%,WO3回收率为77.84%的较好试验结果。
Some wolfram-molybdenum ore contains WO30.38 % and molybdenum 0.072 % in a skarn type wolfram ore in Guizhou. For comprehensive recycling wolfram and molybdenum and utilizing the characteristics that the flotation of molybdenum is significantly better than any other sulphide, the flowsheet of sequential selective-flotation is suitable for the recovery of molybdenum, sulphide ore and scheelite. The results of close circuit test is: wolfram concentrate grade is 60.36 %, the wolfram recovery rate is 77.84 %.
