开关磁阻节能电机在煤层气抽油机井上的应用 被引量:2

摘要 煤层气开采多采用常规油梁抽油机生产,目前抽油机采用的拖动装置主要是电磁调速异步电动机,存在着"大马拉小车"的现象,电能浪费严重。开关磁阻节能电机能够根据使用工况自动进行调节,使电机处于最佳状态,从而达到节能降耗的目的。通过现场应用表明,开关磁阻节能电机与电磁调速异步电机相比运行效率高,功率损耗小,节能效果明显,在煤层气抽油机井上有着较好的应用前景。 The conventional beam pumping unit is used in CBM exploration. At present the drag device of the beam pumping unit is mostly electromagnetic speed regulation asynchronous motor. The phenomenon of "big horse drafting small cart" is quite serious and the waste of electrical power is huge. The switched reluctance motor can carry out the adjustment automatically according to the working condition and is at the optimum state so as to achieve the purpose of saving energy and reducing consumption. The field Application shows that the switched reluctance motor has such advantages as high running efficiency, low loss of power and obvious energy - saving effect compared to the electromagnetic speed regulation asynchronous motor. It has the good applica- tion prospect in CBM pumping unit well.
