合川电厂#1、2炉低负荷再热汽温低原因诊断及处理

Diagnosis and Management of Low Temperature Reheat Steam under Low Load of Hechuan Power Plant's #1 and #2 Boiler

针对合川电厂#1、2炉在调试及投产后出现锅炉低负荷下再热汽温低的现象,根据运行调整得到的经验与结果,对炉膛各段烟温及蒸汽温度进行分析。综合分析#1、2炉低负荷下再热汽温偏低的原因并进行性质定位,根据分析结果采取针对性的技术措施,取得良好的效果。

Aiming at the phenomena of low temperature reheat steam under low load of Hechuan Power Plant＇s #1 and #2 boiler in the commissioning and production, fume temperature of paragraphs and steam temperature were analyzed according to boiler adjusting experience and consequence. The reasons of low temperature reheat steam under low load were analyzed, the character orientation was progressed. Effective measures were used, and good results were achieved.
