摘要
清洁化制革生产工艺的研究是建立在毁毛废液、复灰废液和铬鞣废液循环利用研究的基础上,它的目的是建立一套既能保证成革质量,又可大大减轻生产污染的制革工艺。本部分报道了清洁化工艺连续执行过程毁毛废液、复灰废液及铬鞣废液各成分含量的变化;并从微观组织学及革的理化指标角度比较了清洁化工艺与基本工艺的成革质量。实验证明该研究达到了预定目标。
The cleaning technology was based on the recycling technology of liming, reliming and chrome tanning wastewater. Its aim was developing a set of leathermaking technology,which can not only keep the leather quanlity, but also reduce the pollution greatly. This paper reports the concentration change in wastewater and leather quanlity comparation of base technology to cleaning technology. The results demonstrate that our research reach our aims.
