表达权是公民的一项基本权利。依法保障公民表达权对于发展社会主义民主,健全社会主义法治以及推进和谐社会建设具有极其重要的现实意义。然而,现行法律、法规对公民表达权的保护显得相对不足,因此,需要积极探索公民表达权的实现路径,进一步完善保障公民表达权的民主制度、法律制度、行政制度和司法制度。

The right of expression is a fundamental right of citizens.In accordance with the law to protect the expression right of the citizens to develop socialist democracy,improve the socialist rule of law and promoting the construction of harmonious society has the extremely important practical significance.However,the current law,regulations on the protection of the right of citizens to express is relatively insufficient,therefore,we need to actively explore the right of citizens to express path,to further improve the protection of the right of citizens to express democracy,legal system,administration system and the judicial system.
