摘要
专门部件制造商(Proprietary Component Manufacturer,PCM)既可以在最终产品市场向原始设备制造商(Original Equipment Manufacturer,OEM)提供该部件(部件供应商结构),或开发其自有品牌下的最终产品(垄断结构),也可以向OEM提供该部件同时开发其自有品牌下的最终产品(双向分销商结构)。研究当存在替代部件制造商时的专门部件制造商对于以上三种供应链结构的选择问题。定义最终产品之间的功能差异,建立Hoteling模型,分析得到各种结构下专门部件制造商的最优定价和最大利润,并进行比较分析,得到其最优的供应链结构。对制造商能力差异和最终产品功能差异对供应链结构设计的影响进行了分析。
Proprietary component manufacturer(PCM) can either provide its component to an original equipment manufacturer(OEM) in the end-product market(component supplier structure),develop the end product exclusively under its own brand(monopoly structure),or provide the component to the OEM as well as develop the end product under its own brand(dual distributor structure).In this paper,we study the PCM's choice of the three supply chain structures when existing substitute component.We define the functional differences between the final products,establish Hoteling modes,analysis to get the PCM's optimal price and maximum profit under the above structures.Then we do comparative analysis,and get the optimal supply chain structure of the PCM.We also study the impact of manufacturers' ability differences and end-product's functional differences to the structural design of the supply chain.
