摘要
针对产品工艺存在主流向的按订单生产场景,分析了传统订单投放方法的不足之处和可能的改进途径,提出了兼顾主工艺流向和负荷控制阈值的拉式投放方法及推拉混合投放方法。根据产品工艺主流向的强度系数,对上下游工位的负荷阈值做出针对性调整,并同时兼顾急单的及时投放,使得订单能够更顺畅地流入生产车间。通过仿真实验表明,所提出方法在产品工艺存在主流向时可以更好地实现订单的准确投放并达到良好的整体绩效,且两种方法的表现具有不同的环境适用性,使得按订单生产企业可以根据实际情况选择恰当的订单投放方法,以实现在制品库存的合理控制和按期交货。
Aiming at the directed-process-routing and make-to-order production environment,the disadvantages and possible measures for improvement of traditional order release methods was discussed,and two new order release methods include of workload modulated pull release method and push-pull mix release method were proposed to fix the unbalanced workload situation,workload threshold value of downstream stations were modulated pertinently according to the process routing's directed intensity coefficients,make orders more smoothly flowing into the shop floor.The simulation experiment shows that the proposed methods can better implement order's accurately releasing into the shop floor and achieve desired delivery performance under directed-process-routing environment,and the overall performance of the two proposed methods have different environment applicability,so MTO enterprises can select appropriate order release method according to their own circumstance,so as to realize reasonable WIP control and on-time delivery.
