超声刀在胃癌根治中的应用分析

Analysis of application about ultrasound knife in radical cure to gastric carcinoma

目的本文探讨在胃癌根治术中使用超声刀行胃癌根治术的效果。方法采用随机对照分组研究方法,对我医院普外一科在2006年3月至2009年2月期间完成的胃癌根治术98例患者(其中使用超声刀50例,常规手术48例)的临床资料进行分析,比较淋巴结清扫所用手术时间、出血量,术后引流量及随访2年患者的复发率。结果使用新型超声刀进行胃癌淋巴结清扫所用手术时间、术中出血量及术后3d引流量均明显少于常规手术组,两组淋巴结检出率差异无统计学意义。结论在胃癌根治术中使用超声刀安全、有效,且更加符合肿瘤根治原则。

Objective To investiigate the clinical value of ultrasonically activated scalpel （UAS）in radical resection of gastric carcinoma. Methods 98 cases undergoing radical resection of gastric carcinoma during April. 2006 to March 2007 in the Department of General Surgery of were enroUed and their clinical data were analyzed. They were divided into two groups randomly before operation. Results The mean operative time compared with the conventional operation was shorter than the number of harvested lymph nodes in patients trea- ted with uhracision harmonic scalpel. The application of uhracision harmonic scalpel could shorten the operation time, decrease the intraoperative blood loss and make the operation field clear. There were no postoperative complications, such as anastomotic leakage, lymphatic leakage and massive hemorrhage. And there was no sta- tistically significant difference. Conclusion The usage of ultracision harmonic scalpel which is safe in curative gastrectomy for patients with gastric carcinoma.
