摘要
运用能量平衡分析原理,根据脉冲液体射流泵主要流动部件的能量损失压力比公式,利用脉冲液体射流泵性能数值计算模块,对脉冲液体射流泵能量平衡进行了数值研究,分析了主要流动部件的能量损失变化及其对脉冲液体射流泵性能的影响,并与恒定液体射流泵的能量损失压力比、性能及效率进行了对比。结果表明,脉冲射流是提高射流泵传能、传质效率的有效途径。
Based on the energy loss pressure ratio formula of the main water passing parts of pulsed liquid jet flow pump, the principle of energy balance analysis is applied to study the energy balance of pulsed liquid jet flow pump by tak- ing numerical performance program of pulsed liquid jet flow pump. The energy loss variation of main water passing parts and its impact on performance of pulsed liquid jet flow pump are analyzed. Compared with energy loss pressure ratio, performance and efficiency of steady liquid jet flow pump, the results show that pulsed jet is an effective way to enhance energy and quality transmission efficiency of the jet flow pump.
