摘要
采用回归分析和DEA方法,在与全国平均水平对比情境下测度了北京市1991～2015年全要素能源效率,并基于回归分析探求了全要素能源效率的主要影响因素。结果表明:1991～2009年北京市全要素能源效率基本持续增加,"十二五"期间将进一步提升;北京市近年来全要素能源效率变动的主要影响因素为产业结构、地区经济发展、能源价格及技术进步。
Comparison of the national average level, Beijing＇s total factor energy efficiency of each year in the period 1991-2015 is measured by using regression analysis and DEA method. And then the main influencing factors of Beijing＇s total factor energy efficiency are explored with regression analysis. The results show that Beijing＇s total factor energy ef- ficiency in the period 1991 2009 is continuously increasing year by year and will be further improved during the twelfth five-year plan; As main factors, such as industrial structure change, regional economic development, energy price and technological progress, promote the change of Beijing＇s total factor energy efficiency.
