摘要
依据卷径计算方法及张力控制原理,通过对iba-PDA系统在线监测并记录的卷取机线速度信号进行分析和处理,得到卷取机编码器运行状态,分析和研究由于速度检测错误而导致卷取张力波动的机理以及解决此问题的方法。
According to the computing method of the roled diameter and tension control principal,the running status of the winder encoder is obtained by analyzing the line speed recorded by the iba-PDA system.And the mechanization of the tension fluctuations of winder generated by the error speed detecting is analyzed.At the end,a method of solving the problem is proposed.
