摘要
针对目前亚临界机组存在低负荷升降速率低、关键参数波动大及系统不能很好适应煤种变化等实际问题,采用预测控制、自适应控制等现代控制方法与技术,提出了一种现代火电机组AGC(Automation Generation Control自动发电控制)的先进解决方案,结合某发电厂现有的300 MW亚临界机组进行实践改造,改造后的机组实际运行表明:升降速率高,控制参数十分平稳,从而确保大型火电机组的安全、稳定及高效运行。
To solve the problems of low rate of increasing and decreasing load,large fluctuation of key parameters and low adaptive capacity of changing coal that exist in the subcirtical pressure turbine,a new way of Automation Generation Control(AGC) using predict control and adaptive control method is provided in this paper.Combined with the 300MW subcirtical pressure turbine's technological transformation,this solution is proved to strengthen the safety,improve the stability and increase the efficiency of turbine.
